Our technical experts work in partnership with communities and institutions to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that create sustainable change and improve people’s lives.About YouCore competencies required are: Master’s degree in a relevant field such as public administration, international development, or business administration from an internationally accredited institutionMinimum of 10 years of experience designing and implementing institutional strengthening programs, preferably in developing countriesTechnical knowledge of the transport sector in Kenya, including policies, regulations, and best practices.Proven experience leading and managing teams of experts in complex projects.Strong knowledge and experience in areas such as governance, leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and human resource managementStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.Monitoring and evaluation skills to ensure compliance with project objectives.Cross-cultural competence to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.Excellent communication and report-writing skillsProficiency in English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.Experience working with international development organizations or donors, such as WB, USAID, DFAT, MCC, FCDO, EU,AfDB and ADB is an advantage.Experience working in Sub-saharan Africa.Leadership and coaching skills
