What we are specifically looking for?
- Familiarity with common language translation apps will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrable Knowledge of Shopify Liquid code.
- Excellent debugging skills
- Knowledge of SEO
- Thorough Understanding of RESTful Services/APIs
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting complex Shopify Apps.
- Knowledge of how to use the Chrome Inspector and Debugger
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical support environment
- With at least 1-2 years experience in the field
An ideal applicant will have skills/experience with the areas below:
Excellent English writing and communication skills. Effective communication is critical.
Proven working experience as a customer service agent
Results-driven, Sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism
Ability to think on your feet and take ownership of problems that arise
Willingness to work a late evening shift.
