Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Develop and implement the technical strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and performance of projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technical initiatives with business strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage technical budgets and resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
