Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Technical Presales Consultant with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical presales, sales engineering or an equivalent role, and hands-on experience in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Data Center Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical solutions to customers by identifying their requirements and designing solutions that meet their needs. They will also be responsible for presenting technical solutions to customers and demonstrating the features and benefits of the products or services.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, pain points, and technical needs, and provide technical expertise to develop proposals that meet their needs.Conduct product demonstrations to show customers how our products or services work and how they can benefit their business.Provide ongoing technical support to customers during the sales process, including answering technical questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance.Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, engineering, and customer support to ensure that the technical aspects of the proposal are being developed in a timely and effective manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, attend industry events, read industry publications, and network with peers to stay current and provide cutting-edge solutions.Participate in product and solution training to develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise.Assist in the development of sales strategies, presentations, and other sales materials.Oversee project deployments Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical presales, support engineering or equivalent role.CCNA and any other IT certification.Proficiency in systems administration, storage area network (Dell EMC, NetApp etc), virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.In-depth knowledge of Networking protocols, network security and Cybersecurity technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good time management and organizational skills.Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
