Kartridges Kenya Ltd is a Nairobi based toner / cartridge company that sells primarily to the end user market, we pride ourselves on the service and quality of our goods that we sell. We have a reach of almost 3000 clients and during these COVID times we are having to adapt our business to make us more competative.
We are looking to hire a confident, well spoken individual to canvas our current client database and our potential database, calls will involve ensuring the customer is happy, offer any advice on their printers and toner needs and reinforce the company customer service and satisfaction policy.
As part of the role you are encouraged to make sales and commission is payable on top of monthly salary.
This is a contract role initially for six months with a three month probation period, it is essential that the candidate is well spoken, has good telephone etiquette is confident and is able to update spreadsheets and call logs.
Full training will be given and as part of the interview process there will be a telephone competency test.
This position is in Kilimani and is office based and all COVID 19 protocols will be put in place.
