Telesales Agent - Call Centre


Job Summary

This position will report to the Call Centre Manager and will be based in the Call Centre

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma

Job Description/Requirements

• This position assists potential and current customers on both inbound and outbound calls providing assistance and guidance on organization related products as well as processes.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound service-related requirements for new and existing clients from the central service centre.
• Ensure professional telephone etiquette are followed with every interaction with existing or potential new clients.
• Responsible for assisting and guiding client’s with regards to the process for all telephonic queries, statement requests, settlement quotes and refund requests.
• Responsible for handling inbound queries, statement requests, settlement and refund requests effectively via the email, Facebook, website or any of the other entry platforms of the company.
• Responsible for accurate data capturing for all queries, complaints and loan applications.
• Timely and accurate feedback to customers as per company policies and procedures.
• Enhancing organization reputation by maintaining professional and high standards of internal and external customer service.
• Responsible for achieving personal daily/weekly/monthly assigned targets as required by the manager and company as set on a month to month basis.
• Responsible for assisting inbound and outbound customers with telesales loan applications.
• Responsible for coordinating the closure of the loan application by arranging branch appointments
• Advising customers with regards to clearance letters once a loan has been closed and finalized.
• Responsible for handling customer service tasks and any other after sales services which may be applicable.
• Responsible for any additional tasks instructed by Management from time to time.

Educational requirements:
• Diploma Certificate.
• At least Two (2) years relevant working experience preferably in a financial institution.
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel essential
• Required language proficiency:
• English language and at least one local language
