Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage client relationships by identifying needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing sales to meet targets.
● Plan, organize, and book domestic and international tour packages for clients.
● Provide professional travel advice and recommendations based on client needs.
● Utilize various tour and hotel booking systems to secure reservations.
● Develop customized itineraries and ensure seamless travel experiences.
● Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and payments efficiently.
● Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
● Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and emerging tourism trends.
● Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any travel-related issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
● Certificate in Tour Operations, Tourism Management, or equivalent (Diploma holders will have an added advantage).
● Strong knowledge of both domestic and international tours.
● A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a busy environment.
● Proven work experience as a Tours Consultant.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Proficiency in using various tour and hotel booking systems.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
