Job Summary

The candidate will maintain sound Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform by preparation of customer profile databank and commercial documents including GRDs, ISTNs, Invoices, Cash-sales, Job Cards rental statements while sustaining coherent correspondences between clients and the office.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

1)     To participate in market activation initiatives including personal selling, customer visits, emails, trade fairs, mail shots and cold calls to create Brand awareness and generate sales leads

2)     Scout for Toyota & BT sales business through site visits, collection of necessary information including but not limited to Organization’s Trio decision makers, customer needs and full site dimensions to be considered at quotation & order confirmation levels

3)     Timely submission of activity plans, execution and review reports with clear prospects forecast on sales target achievement

4)     Prospects lease business across major accounts and pursue negotiations to establish comprehensive lease business profiles

5)     Co-ordinating Toyota/BT products leases, preparation of lease agreements related and customer reports and follow up payments for timely account settlement while maintaining coherent correspondences with the clients

 

Qualifications

  1. ·       Degree/Diploma in Business Management or any related field
  2. ·       Must portray high level of integrity and customer satisfaction at all times
  3. ·       Must have technical knowledge of Forklifts.
  4. ·       Proven 3 years work experience in leasing sales and material handling.
  5.       Proficient in the use of Microsoft office specifically excel and PowerPoint.
  6. ·       Exposure of SAP ERP Module
  7. ·       Must have a valid Driving License

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Good marketing skills and a general knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ·       Strong negotiation skills
  • Advanced time management skills
