1. Develop dairy products for profitable retail sales. Develop products lists, menus and ingredients for the same and be able to document them. Train staff on production of the same to ensure standardization and best quality is delivered consistently.
2. Advice on product pricing based on market considerations
3. Advice on best practices in food handling, develop standards to be implemented in day to day running of the shop
4. Develop and implement standards, procedures and processes applicable to the dairy products retail business for implementation in running the shop. Document and implement the same
5. Advice on stock and stocking level of products and ingredients
6. Advice on the sourcing of ingredients and other materials like packaging paying attention to cost effectiveness.
7. Be available to offer future continuous improvement training
