Specific Roles and Responsibilities Develop the training program in consultation with the participantsDesign and develop the training materials, tools, and the appropriate methodsAdvice in advance on specific content and process arrangements needed to optimize quality deliveryApply the appropriate training approaches to facilitate the training as per the agreed training programKeep track of the participant’s learning points during the trainingProvide technical support in other relevant consultancy assignments Required Skills and Experience Master’s Degree or higher qualification in M&E, Project Management, Statistics, or another related disciplineExperience in project design and implementation using various M&E toolsRobust skill in M&E approaches including but not limited to RBM, LFA, and participatory approachesUnderstanding of project monitoring strategiesDemonstrated experience in the development and implementation of M&E systemsExperience designing and conducting project evaluationsRobust skills in the design of data collection instruments for use in M&EQuantitative and qualitative data analysis skillsExperience in employing adult learning and participatory training techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with participants from diverse backgrounds
