At EIDU, we want to educate the world’s poorest 600 million children by giving them the world’s best digital learning content at their fingertips. Most of them are not achieving minimum proficiency levels in reading and math today. We have created a learning app for young children that works in the lowest-income areas.

Job Description/Requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE.

✓ Trainer is responsible for both off-site and on-site training, Content Mastery and deliveries as planned.

✓  Trainer is responsible for ongoing performance management and activation of schools as assigned.

✓  Trainer is responsible for providing ongoing mentorship and specific performance feedback.

✓ Trainer will use big data that provides visibility into every day learning activity and provide feedback.

✓ Ensures timely completion of work tasks and their related reports.

✓ Contribute to review and revision of training programs and plans.

✓ Ensure collection of accurate and relevant monitoring and evaluation data.

✓ Do other related tasks as required by the Management.


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE.

✓ Educational qualification is a MUST.

✓ 3-5 years of experience in training implementation.

✓ Ability to work with data and drive results.

✓ Strong communication skills. 

✓ Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

✓ Promoting teamwork and you should be comfortable operating in a lean, resource-constrained start-up environment and flexible to adapt your role and responsibilities as needed.
