Line Chef: Responsible for food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.. You should be able to work well with others and work quickly and efficiently. Experience in a restaurant kitchen is required. HACCP and hygiene training an added advantage.
Bartender: Serve your creations to customers. You must have an excellent memory and work well under pressure. Previous experience in bartending required. Formal education in mixology an added advantage.
Waiter: Responsible for taking orders in a friendly manner, reporting orders to the kitchen, and calculating the bill. You will require an excellent memory and people skills. You should be driven by the desire to satisfy customer needs.
Barista: Working from the coffee shop, you will prepare specialty drinks, made to order. You should be a talented team players with exceptional customer centric aptitude, strong leadership skills and a self-starter attitude
Steward: Maintain the cleanliness of all the Food & Beverage production areas, handle the ware washing, cleaning and sanitizing all the kitchen equipment and utensils and maintain the cleanliness of all the food stores in accordance with policies, procedures, and standards established to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You are required to be resourceful , can get things done efficiently and possess excellent work ethics
