Looking for a hardworking & self motivated individual to work independently to edit long format videos, create social media posts from existing content, manage the daily office administration on various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, Etsy, Ravelry, and Shopify, to promote the brand in the global market.

Job Description/Requirements
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro CC is a MUST, as well as a passion for creating shorts, stories, reels, and posts for all social media platforms. Living near Ruaka is a plus, as this is NOT a remote position.
Edit long format and short videos for specific audience using Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
Write & format biweekly emails using Klaviyo.
Create and implement a social media strategy.
Create Highlights from Livestreams for Social media.
Create Clips from videos for Social Media
Create & schedule stories and posts for Social Media
Upload and manage Etsy store.
Connect and manage Ravelry Store.
· Previous social media marketing experience.
· Excellent creative writing and oral communication skills.
· A minimum of 2 year experience in video creation & marketing
· SEO & Keyword research/implementation skills
· Understanding of CURRENT YouTube metrics and analytics.
· Excellent graphic design skills
· An eye for color
· EXTREME attention to detail.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to grow!
