Visa Processing & Education Counsellor Job

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide information, advice, and processing of applications for international students enrolling in Australian education institutions.Design an effective and appropriate study plan according to students’ individual situations and backgrounds.Evaluate all the information students provided to help them to make the right decisions for their goals.Follow up with potential leads and maximize the conversion of students submitting applications and finalizing enrolments.Instruct students to prepare and complete documents for university or visa applications.Liaison between students, parents, and education providersCreate and maintain accurate client information in the company’s CRM system.Maintain after-service engagement to increase retention of students.Provide administrative support to the office manager.Other relevant student service duties Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.Minimum 2 years of working experience as an Education Counsellor / Consultant for the Australian market.Understanding of the Education system/visa pathways for Australia.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in salesQEACAchievement orientated and customer service orientationDemonstrated ability to communicate effectivelyCollaborative and a team playerHigh level of problem-solving and negotiation skillsUnderstand the needs and issues of onshore international studentsProficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Team Leadership experience (position may transition into Team Leader role).
