Weighing Scales and Systems Technical Assistant (Technician)

●Install, calibrate, and commission weighing scales and associated equipment at client sites.

● Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on weighing scales to ensure accuracy and reliability.

● Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with weighing scales, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems.

● Repair or replace faulty components, such as load cells, indicators, displays, and wiring.

● Conduct performance tests and adjustments to ensure weighing scales meet calibration and accuracy standards.

● Provide training and technical support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of weighing scales.

● Document service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair records.

● Coordinate with sales and support teams to address customer inquiries and service requests in a timely manner.

● Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in weighing scale technology. 

● Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on-site and handling equipment.

● Any other role that may be assigned from time to time by the company partners board
