Seeking a Program Manager for a one-year position providing program management support on a donor-funded project to develop and conduct a national survey on persons with disabilities in Ethiopia. Part-time role with opportunities for expansion subject to strong performance and business demand.

To oversee the planning, design, implementation and documentation of the fiber networks (Backbone-Intercity, Metro, and access). To coordinate all design activity in respect of the fiber network. To project manage all expansions to the fiber network and ensure that contractors comply with agreed-upon KPIs.

We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT person who has strong Odoo programming skills, understands object-oriented programming, can project manage and coordinate programming projects, can also administer local office networks and systems, and provide basic IT support to local office staff.
