ABOUT US

We are Based in Kisumu County within Kisumu city ,and in Siaya County within Siaya Town. We are an environmental organization engaged in environmental conservation through tree planting, organic farming, climate change awareness creation and education. We work with young people and adults alike to create transformational development through environmental conservation.

OUR SERVICES

Training

We collaborate with organisations to provide technical GAP training and organic farming skills to local farmers who are engaged in tree planting and general organic farming either as a group or as an individual.

Monthly salary(Gross) Kshs26,000

Job Requirements

•  Diploma in agronomy ,Agriculture or any other relevant field

•  In-depth knowledge of soil and crop principles

•  Proficient in MS Office

•  Outstanding research and analytical skills

•  Effective written and verbal communication skills 

•  2-3 years relevant experience serving in the same capacity

Job Description

•  Assesses crop production of the farm

•  Evaluates and improves seed quality

•  Carries out laboratory tests of soil, seed, and crop samples

•  Performs quality control for seed calibre and soil standards

•  Keeps records of research, testing, and results

•  Prepares analysis and data presentation

•  Crop planning and monitoring

•  Water management

•  Fertility management

•  Yield analysis

•  Any other role as advised by the supervisor
