Job Description/Requirements
We are an agricultural farm based in Seme Sub county in Kisumu county promoting commercial dairy farming with an aim of generating income and meaning employment to youths in Western Kenya.
The farm is currently seeking for three (3) female students from recognized and government approved agricultural institution on a three (3) months industrial attachment with background in animal production, animal health and fodder production. Female students are encouraged to apply. First come first considered.
Qualifications
• Certificate or Diploma in Animal health
• Ability to detect early animal diseases
• Ability to carry out vaccination and Treatment of animals
• Good team work
• Good communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities
• Carry out animal vaccination and injections
• Spraying of animals
• Deworming of animals
• Sales in the Agrovet
• Milking of the animals
• Animal feeding
