Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have

Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource/Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Public/Business Administration, Government or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and Masters’ degree in Human Resource/Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Public/Business Administration, Government or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and Membership to the relevant professional body (|HRM) Attended a Senior Management course lasting not less than four weeks; Served as a Chief Human Resource Management OfficerI for a minimun period of three years with at least 3 years’ experience in payroll Management. Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
