Responsibilities
Tech / product strategy (incl. infrastructure/architecture, systems, security)
Act as the systems manager from 50, ft view as well as on the ground; innovating for a robust, secure, and scalable tech stack sitting at the heart of Peach Work with Peach leadership, tech / product team, and other relevant stakeholders to build and maintain a product architecture that is scalable, secure, and robust Work with Peach leadership and other, external stakeholders and inspiration to come up with innovative and potentially impactful ideas for internal and external-facing products, whether iterations on existing products or blue sky-style opportunities / ideas – both software only and joint, software/hardware innovations Provide technical support for policy or regulatory-related matters of compliance and risk-reduction Create technology standards and practices within the organization and ensure they are adhered to Have an understanding of and be able to integrate hardware and software systems for harmonious implementation and useProject / product management
Manage the product cycle at Peach Cars, including all product / project design, development, deployment, review and iteration (as needed) – with both internal and external stakeholdersCodebase management / strategic implementation
Establish new / maintain existing processes and standards to ensure high-quality software development. Implement best practices for maintaining code quality and test coverage. As needed, by workload or strategic importance, write codePeople management
Oversee day to day duties of all team members including tooling, personnel career growth, budgeting and collaboration with other teams, through weekly reviews Setting KPIs to guide business and people management, and scoping the roles and responsibilities for new hires Ensure team members have growth and development within the teamBusiness strategy and executive leadership
As a member of the executive team at Peach Cars, you will be responsible for engaging in other, technology and non-technology related matters such as regular strategy and planning sessions, OKR design and implementation, communication with specific teams, the whole Peach team, investors, advisors, and other external audiences Contribute to the future of Peach Cars apart from tech / product development ~ help make and remake strategy and operations across the business units, problem-solving for challenges and acting thoughtfully but nimbly to take advantage of opportunitiesRequirements
JOB EXPERIENCE
Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Have experience in web and mobile development Comprehend both front-end and back-end development Minimum 7-10 years of experience in product development and team management Be emotionally intelligent, humble and excited to work within a team with a diverse set ofExperiences and skills
