Mechanic - (Kerio and Western)

Company Overview:

We are a leading agri-business specialising in cotton cultivation and ginning, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and support to cotton farmers. With a focus on sustainable practices and maximising yield, we aim to empower farmers and contribute to the growth of the cotton industry.

Responsibilities:

●      Diagnose and repair mechanical problems with salon vehicles, Trucks and SUVs

●      Perform preventative maintenance tasks (oil changes, tune-ups, etc.).

●      Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule

●      Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

●      Use various tools and equipment to diagnose and repair issues.

●      Maintain a clean and organized work area.

●      Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

●      May involve some lifting of heavy objects.

 

Qualifications:

●      High school diploma or equivalent (AAS degree in [relevant field] a plus).

●      Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanic.

●      Strong understanding of mechanical systems and principles.

●      Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

●      Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

●      Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

●      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●      Valid driver's license (a plus).
