·       General Property Management and Rent Collection
·       Tenants Payment Reconciliation, Letting Out of vacant Spaces, Tenant Invoicing
·       Well Organized, Disciplined & with Excellent Time Management Skills.
·       Competency in MS Office computer packages.
·       Customer Orientation and exception.al service.
·       Good Management skills, Able to work long hours, under pressure & deliver under tight schedules.

·       In depth knowledge of all rules, policies and regulations surrounding property management.
·       Thorough knowledge of Property Management & Its Financial Aspects.
·       Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business, Real Estate or related field.
·       Registration by Estate Agents Registration Board Will be an added advantage.
·       Best for the candidates living in close proximity to the apartments
