Job Summary
The company is seeking to recruit a realtor who will be responsible for the growth of the non- GIDBL letting portfolio.

- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
1.0 FUNCTIONS.
1.1. Establish and implement appropriate systems and letting procedure manuals.
1.2. Formulate a monthly budget depicting a profit of Kshs. 220,000.00
1.3. Identify and officially sign five letting mandates monthly from landlords/developers.
1.4. Ensure 80% occupancy of five contracted properties.
1.5. Undertake ten monthly inspections to inform maintenance of property standards.
1.6. Manage four tenant and landlord documentation schedules ensuring risks minimization.
1.7. Manage tenant exit and entry schedules.
1.8. Ensure that tenants settle their service charge and utility bills monthly.
9. Manage monthly tenant and landlord satisfaction surveys.
10. Act company advisor on real estate.
11. Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.
2.0 KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR.
2.1 Registration of 10 new client mandates with a minimum letting commission of Kshs. 1,000,000.00 per month.
3.0 QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Have at least an undergraduate in Real Estate.
2. Be Registered with Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB).
3. Have a current driving license with 3-year accident-free driving.
4. Candidates with plumbing, electricals, masonry, and welding qualifications will have added advantage.
