Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • List the main job responsibilities of a business assistant, such as document processing, administrative support, scheduling, meeting organization, etc.
  • Assist the business team to complete daily tasks, such as planning and organizing sales activities, customer relationship management, etc.
  • Assist leaders in the preparation and organization of business reports, as well as other related administrative affairs support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, business management, administrative management or related majors are preferred.
  • Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Applicants with certain experience as business assistants or administrative assistants will be given priority.
