We are an organization located in a rural environment 60kms from Kericho town consisting of tea estates and two highly automated tea factories. We have an innovative approach to the growing and manufacture of black tea and pride ourselves in the quality of our personnel and our productivity.
Job Description for Accountant
1. Accounts receivables management – raising invoices, following up on account settlement
2. Accounts payables management – supplier reconciliations and payment
3. Bank-book postings and bank reconciliation
4. Filing tax returns PAYE. VAT, Withholding Tax and Withholding VAT
5. Filing and payment of statutory returns e.g. NSSF, NHIF,HELB e.t.c.
6. Out-grower payroll administration
7. Compiling asset register documents
8. Any other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications
1. Degree Holder in a Finance / Accounting course
2. CPA Finalized
3. At least 4 years working experience
4. Proficiency in MS Excel.
