Job Specifications
Diploma in Business management, Public Relations, Communication, or any other related field from a recognized institution. At least three years’ work experience. KCSE certificate Computer skills (MS office)Personal attributes, must be a person with:

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Booking appointments, scheduling/notification of meetings and email management. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Using computers to generate reports and transcribe minutes from meetings Welcoming and assist visitors. Maintain professional communication via phone, e-mail, and physical among others.
