Requirements.
• Diploma in General Agriculture & minimum of 3yrs in same role.
• Strong analysis of soil science, crop physiology, pest management and sustainable agriculture practices.
• Demonstrate data analysis abilities from multiple sources.
• Understands agronomical and financial outcomes that drives farm profitability.
• Good communication and computer skills: excel.
• Able to work with farm scale trial design, data management and spatial data analysis.
• Keen eye on details.

• Define methodologies to product development, storage analysis and agronomic advisory to farmers.
• Collaborate with various data analysis and collection to develop more efficient recommendations.
• Identify, diagnose, and develop management plans for pests and diseases affecting crops.
• Contribute to a strategy to combine internal and external data sources to generate meaningful insights practical to small scale farmers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable agricultural practices that minimize environmental impact and improve long-term productivity.
• Advocate for the adoption of innovative techniques and technologies.
