JOB SUMMARY

About the JobGoal - Driving Sales Revenue; Onboarding & Client RetentionMinimum Requirements Minimum experience of 8+ years in Sales & MarketingAgility in driving Sales Metrics & conversions needed Education Background in Medical Lab Sciences or Equivalent, and an Understanding of Healthcare is desired

RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve Sales Revenue as per the set monthly targets;Drive Business Development & onboarding new clients as per targetsCustomer Retention as per set targetsBuild Brand Equity and Drive Consumer DemandInitiate and Pursue Business leads to successful closureAssist with Marketing Campaigns & Promotions – on/offline platformsOrganize CMEs with Key Stakeholders for successful client satisfaction programsMarket Research, Conversion of insights into deployable initiatives & offerings.Lead & hit targets on conversion metrics – Drive telehealth initiatives, projects & solutionsDelivery of Retail Business targets across all segments: B2C, B2B & all channels

REQUIRED SKILLS

REQUIRED EDUCATION
