RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare a wide range of Chinese dishesCreate traditional Chinese pastries and dim sum (bao, dumplings, sesame balls, etc.)Prepare hotpot soup bases, sauces, and fresh ingredient assortmentsMaintain top standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygieneContribute to menu development and new recipe ideasEnsure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
