ABOUT THE COMPANY
Ramesh Kanji Malde together with his brothers, Anil and Naresh Malde, began Pwani Oil Company production of coconut oil in Mombasa. The operations expanded at the Jomvu Pwani Oil Products factory with corn and sunflower manufacturing before settling for palm oil refining in 1985–a site which Pwani Oil Product are still located at till today.
JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.1-3 years' experience in digital content design (FMCG or agency experience preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital campaign work.Proficiency in Al-assisted creative tools for design and content production (e.g., generative image tools, Al-based design assistants, prompt-based creative workflows) to improve speed, quality, and iterationStrong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Basic familiarity with digital analytics platforms is an added advantage.To apply, send your CV at: the Email provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social & Digital Content Design-Create high-quality digital assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.Campaign & Launch Support -Collaborate with brand and digital teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual content.Performance & Optimization Mindset-Identify opportunities to enhance engagement through layout, messaging hierarchy, and format optimization.Competitor & Trend Awareness-Translate relevant trends into brand-appropriate creative concepts that enhance digital presence.Website Visual Management-Design and update website banners, product visuals, and promotional assets.Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Content Planning & Asset Management-Maintain an organized digital asset library and content bank.
