A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Assistant Factory Manager to support factory operations, maintenance, production efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Support production planning and process optimization.
- Lead machinery installation and commissioning projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor energy and utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of industrial machinery and factory systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
