Assistant Food & Beverage Service - Siaya

We are an upcoming resort based along the boarders of Kisumu and Siaya county. 

The resort offers a pleasant country side environment that accommodates both students, researchers on academic trips and visits as well as travelers on tourism mission in the Western region of Kenya. Special attention is given to families and groups who would wish to enjoy what real nature offers as one can take trips to famous Kit Mikai stones and Ndere Islands Park in Kisumu. One can also arrange for visits to Luo legendaries moseliums like Jaramogi

Oginga Odinga and Ramogi Achieng’ Oneko

The resort is seeking for trained hospitality students who are ready for industrial attachment and are looking for practical and further training opportunities in our establishment on attachment arrangement.

Desired Qualifications

•  Diploma or Certificate in Food and beverage service

•  Good communication skills

•  Ability to stand for long hours

•  Good command of both English and Swahili (Written and Spoken)

•  Welcoming of guest to the restaurant

•  Seating of guests

•  Sales promotion for foods and drinks offered

•  Basic recipes knowledge

•  Restaurant arrangements and set up
