We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector, and possess excellent communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Swahili.

Responsibilities:

•  Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

•  Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

•  Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

•  Train and motivate the sales team to meet targets and KPIs.

•  Ensure effective communication between sales, marketing, and distribution teams.

•  Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

•  Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

•  Travel to various locations to meet clients and oversee sales operations.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

•  2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.

•  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Gujarati, and Swahili.

•  Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team.

•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

•  Willingness to relocate to Eldoret, Kisumu, or Kakamega.

•  Two references from previous employers or supervisors.
