JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsMinimum one (1) year of experience baking in full service or institutional food service environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentPossess a Hold ServSafe certification or equivalent.Good English communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and other personnelMust be in possession of a valid passport and able to travel internationally.Passport should be valid for at least one (1) year at the time of hire.Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization

RESPONSIBILITIES

Check and ensure that all bakery products are consistently prepared at the highest quality standardsAbility to use standardized recipesUse weights and measures to adjust ingredients in recipesEnsure good personal hygiene and that work area is kept clean and sanitized at all timesOversee other staff members in absence of Head BakerRecord production and waste on a regular and consistent basisAccurately complete the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning listsEnsure that all food preparation is completed for next shiftPerform other duties as assigned
