Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for a specific Brand assigned to them and dare to take decisions built on the vision they have built.

Analyze consumer insights and trends to ensure accuracy of marketing messages. Develop annual marketing plan, full -degree brand strategy and ensure proper execution: Medical – visual aids, post call emails, leave behinds. Launches evaluation based on marketing activities and brand strategy, sizing and rolling out launch activation plan.Digital activation campaigns.Merchandising – ensure proper brand expression online and offline. Roll-out innovative consumer activations and animations to drive brand love, awareness and testing. Ensure brand equity and positioning across all touch points. Influence management with all functions to deliver brands goals: finance, sales, supply etc. Competitive analysis: monitor and analyze market and competition performance to provide clear insights and action plans. Carry out month on month forecasting for anticipated brand turnover to ensure healthy stock coverage for the brand. Deliver clear presentation to top management. Manage efficiently brand marketing budget. Manage influencer advocacy campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in Marketing in FMCG / Beauty / Pharma. Medical/Scientific background is an added advantage. Prior experience in Digital Marketing. Solid expertise in the cosmetics industry and a passion for Science and Medicine. Entrepreneurial and proactive spirit with the ability to work in a challenging and fast changing environment. Attention to detail. Assertive with strong relational and networking skills. Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint).
