The candidate should have formal educational background on IT including health data protection (GDPR) and health data management, the candidate must have demonstrated business management skills, be confident, client oriented and with strong analytical thinking. Good communication skills are essential, be able to work independently and liaise effectively with stakeholders. Project management, supervision, procurement experience is required.
