ABOUT THE COMPANY
Light for the World is a global disability and development organization established to enable eye health and empower persons with disabilities in some of the poorest regions in the world.
In Kenya, Light for the World operates through its flagship intervention - InBusiness Initiative, with a mission to economically empower persons with disabilities.
JOB SUMMARY
The coaches are responsible for delivering technical entrepreneurship training using the WCW entrepreneurship curriculum. They also closely monitor and mentor micro-entrepreneurs to ensure effective implementation of the training received. In addition, they will track business sales, growth, and challenges, and provide necessary support through progressive business follow-up sessions.
