JOB SUMMARY

Education/Experience Needed:BSc/BA in Sales, Business Administration or relevant fields.Minimum 3 year's experience in enterprise software sales, technology sales, or solution sellingExperience selling ERP, database, cloud, or enterprise systems (Oracle experience preferred)Strong understanding of business systems, digital transformation, and enterprise IT environmentsExperience working with technical teams in pre-sales engagementsProficiency in CRM tools and sales reportingKey Attributes:Results-driven with strong ownership: Takes responsibility for targets, customers, and outcomes, and follows through without reminders.Proactive and self-directed: Takes initiative, anticipates opportunities, and operates effectively with minimal supervision.Strategic in execution: Prioritizes high-value activities, works smart, and focuses on actions that drive revenue impact.A confident communicator: Clearly articulates value, influences decision-makers, and delivers strong sales pitches.Customer-focused relationship builder: Builds trust, understands client needs deeply, and creates long-term partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Sales & Opportunity DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle Hospitality software solutionsEngage enterprise and mid-sized Hospitality businesses to understand operational and system challengesMap client business needs to appropriate Oracle Hospitality products and servicesBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesSolution Selling & Stakeholder EngagementLead consultative sales conversations with IT, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholdersWork with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present solution proposalsSupport product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution positioningDevelop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage complex deal cyclesSubmit weekly and monthly performance and pipeline reportsMaintain accurate CRM records for all leads, opportunities, and client interactionsUse data to track performance and identify improvement areasClient Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencersAct as a trusted advisor on technology solutions and digital transformationEnsure smooth handover to implementation and support teams post-saleGather market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy
