Overall Responsibility:-
Plans and supports the delivery of safe, nutritious and timely meals to patients, staff and visitors.
Ensures adherence to dietary requirements, food safety standards and hygiene practices while contributing to efficient meal service within the Hospital.
Requirements:-
- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management, Catering or related field
- Two (2) years experience in a busy hospital catering unit
- Knowledge in therapeutic nutrition is an added advantage
