RESPONSIBILITIES

Support daily production operations within the department.Assist in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery.Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.Working closely with the shift leaders and Chinese technicians.Adhere strictly to company safety policies and operational procedures.
