General Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for great customer service to join our team in Wisbech. As a customer service assistant, you will be the first point of contact, using your excellent customer service and expertise to handle day to day queries, customer communication and problem solving. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks you are given whilst demonstrating complete professionalism and tact.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactive communication with customers
- Progressing customer orders from point of sale through to delivery
- Resolving customer complaints
- Responding to customer emails / calls in a timely manner
- Build rapport with customers
- Other duties as required by Line Manager
Essential
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communicator
- Problem solving and solution focused
- Driven to learn and help improve efficiency
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in the Commercial Vehicle Market
- Experience of ERP systems / M1
