RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.Document customer interactions and update records in the system.Follow company procedures and call center guidelines.Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
