Job summary

Our client in agriculture is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a large-scale commercial goat farming and meat-processing business in Uganda and drive growth from 5,000 to over 12,000 goats.

Job descriptions & requirements

10 plus years of experience managing large-scale commercial livestock or ranching operations.

Proven track record of transforming farming operations into structured, efficient, and profitable businesses.

Strong understanding of business, finance, performance metrics, and investor relations.

Experience working with major commercial livestock organizations or similar large-scale operations is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop on-ground teams.
