JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsFive years of experience in logistics or contingency operations managementExperience required, but not limited to, experience in managing projects, contracts, funds, and resourcesThree years previous supervisory experience, preferably in a government contract environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and ExcelValid driver's licenseAs needed, ability to successfully pass any medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of any deploymentCountry visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide)EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent 10 years government or private sector work experience may be substituted.PMP preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serving as primary government point of contract.Manage day-to-day execution and oversight.Ensuring compliance, performance and reporting requirements are met successfully.Designated POC in direct oversight and subcontractor management.Oversee all scheduling of personnel / work supervision / quality control.Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.Recommend, develop, implement, and enforce procedures/programs to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness to the program.
