Position Description:
Electrical Engineer(Project Manager)
•Must have an Engineering Degree with a Major in Electronics from a Tanzanian university or any other reputable university
•Must have at least 3-5 years experience in Project Management and a proven track record
•Must have extensive knowledge in Electronics of Detection and Alarm systems
Job Requirement

•Finding out what the client wants to achieve
•Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed
•Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project
•Selecting and leading a project team
•Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
•Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget
•Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers
•Keep an eye on all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements
•Interpret clients' requirements
•Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented
•Evaluate, organize and priorities workload within a schedule
•Liaise with third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose
•Take responsibility for a team of engineers
•Good communication skills and fluent in English
