Job Purpose
Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of their international client in the manufacturing industry is seeking
is seeking a reliable and physically fit Factory Helpers to support daily operations at our factory.
The Factory Helpers will assist with general tasks on the floor, support equipment handling, help
maintain a clean and safe work environment, and work under the supervision of team leads to
ensure production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with basic tasks on the factory floor as assigned.
• Help in handling equipment, raw materials, and finished goods safely.
• Support loading, unloading, and movement of items within the factory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.
• Support team members and supervisors as needed.
• Perform other duties related to factory operations.
Qualifications
✓ Language Skills: Able to communicate in English (basic level).
✓ Gender Requirement: Male candidates only.
✓ Health & Lifestyle: Non-smoker and non-drinker.
✓ Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and
handling equipment safely.
✓ Documentation: Must have a valid passport.
✓ Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
✓ Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
