° Assist farm manager in operations, crops, beekeeping, irrigation, livestock and financial recommendation for improvement.
° Preparing plans and schedules for planting, feeding of animals, fishing management, apiaries management and staff working plans.
° Visiting different farm divisions.
° Scheduling repair, maintenance, replacement of equipment’s & staff working shifts.
° Procurement of farm inputs.
° Assist in recruitment of new staff.
° Ensure staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
° Assist in budget preparing and financial reports.
° Building professional network & agriculture science and new development.
