Role Objective
Maintain reliable fiber connectivity by installing customer connections, troubleshooting network faults and performing preventive and corrective fiber maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain fiber connections for customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fiber network faults.
- Perform fiber splicing and termination when required.
- Conduct testing and preventive maintenance on network infrastructure.
- Respond to customer technical complaints and connectivity issues.
- Follow approved technical and safety procedures.
- Document completed installations, repairs and maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous fiber optic or FTTH experience is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of fiber installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform basic fiber testing and splicing.
- Good technical and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in field environments.
