RESPONSIBILITIES
Agronomic Support: Provide technical advice and guidance to farmers and agrovets on company products.Field Visits: Conduct regular farm visits and follow-ups to monitor crop performance and product adoption.Demonstrations: Organize field days and farmer visits to showcase product performance and best practices.Training & Promotion: Conduct agrovet trainings and counter-selling to boost product awareness and sales.Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, product performance, and farmer preferences.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with input suppliers and partners to strengthen farmer support.Reporting: Submit timely farm visit reports and maintain accurate farmer and agrovet records.
