Qualifications and Skills:
● Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.

● Deep understanding of agronomic principles, crop management techniques, and pest and disease control measures relevant to cotton farming.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate farmers from diverse backgrounds.
● Ability to work independently in field settings, often in rural or remote areas, and willingness to travel extensively.
● Passion for agriculture, commitment to sustainable practices, and a desire to make a positive impact on farmers' livelihoods.
